We offer a range of packages to make your vehicles look better than new, but we also do a lot more.
We pride ourselves on delivering the best paint products available in the UK. Our team have over 100 years of combined experience, and our equipment is the best money can buy. We only use Sikkens A Brand paint to ensure your car looks better than new, and no job is ever rushed to ensure we deliver the best possible results.
Step 1 consists of evaluating the work required on your vehicle.
One of our senior technicians will inspect your car to understand the work required whilst colour-matching your paint. Once we know the status of the work required, we will provide a detailed estimate. We will get you booked in to start the work upon approval of the estimate.
Step 2 is where we get your vehicle ready for preparation.
Before we start, we ensure every part of your vehicle is protected. We will strip any features that don't require paint, or we will mask the relevant areas, so there is no over-spray.
This masking process is only for the preparation stage. Further masking will be completed before painting.
Step 3 is where we get your vehicle prepared for paint. We must prepare all vehicle panels to the correct standard.
All panels due to be painted will be prepared to the highest standard. We will scotch all panels, clean and ensure everything is set for the optimum paint job.
Our teams cross-examine each other's work to ensure our standards are always maintained.
Step 4 is where we get ready to paint.
All surfaces due to be painted will be cleaned and removed from contaminants. We use the latest anti-static technology to ensure all conditions are perfect for paint. Our STL spray booths help to provide the ideal conditions.
Step 5 is where we apply the paint to the panels.
Here our lead paint team members will apply paint to each panel. Every paint job requires an experienced eye to get the application right. From the amount of paint used to the blending with existing paint.
Step 6 is where we add the shine and protect your new paint.
Here we will add the finishing touches to the paint work. This locks in the colour and layers a protective coating to ensure the paint quality remains.
Step 7 is where we piece your vehicle back together.
Here we will add all panels removed back to the bodywork. We will also polish your new paint with different-grade materials to deliver the best possible finish.
